History:
The B-type is built for service in heavy passenger and expresstrains.
This type is also called 'tenwheeler' and has the classification 4-6-0 (2C).
A number of B-types has been equiped with new welded boilers in the 50's.
B 1289 has been in service with SJ until 1970 and has been stored in strategic military reserve from 1970 tot 1992.
In 1994 the engine is bought by ZLSM and in 1995 she came back into service.
